Please Note:

  • Our return policy does not apply to underwear.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of purchase, no exceptions.
  • Each original order is eligible for one exchange only; once completed, all sales are final.
  • Packaged products must remain unopened, and socks must be unworn to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Authorization:

Before returning any items, please contact customerservice@bondiband.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

Shipping Your Return:

After receiving your Return Authorization, please use a trackable shipping service (for example, USPS with tracking). You are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches the Bondi Band office. Bondi Band is not liable for any lost merchandise if the package does not arrive.
