In-stock orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days, this does not include shipping time.
Custom orders are fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, this does not include shipping time.
The shipping estimate begins AFTER the order is fulfilled. So First Class Mail usually takes about 5-10 business days and Priority Mail usually takes about 2-5 days.
We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, Overnight and International mail on almost all online orders.

After receiving Return Authorization information, please utilize a tracking service when returning your items, such as United States Postal service with tracking, as the customer is solely responsible for the merchandise until the return is delivered to the Bondi Band office. If the package does not reach the Bondi Band office, Bondi Band is not responsible for covering the cost of the lost merchandise.
