We are currently shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

*Because our Bondi Bands are made to order, there is a 7-10 business day shipping time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please contact rebecca@bondiband.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
